Did you know that today is National Junk Food Day? Well, apparently it is.
While I am all about moderation and indulging every once in a while, I typically like to find healthier alternatives to my sweet and savory cravings. That might have something to do with the fact that I feel like crap after eating most traditional junk food but it also has to do with staying on track with my goals.
I like to wake up early. I like to run. I like to workout. These recipes allow me to satisfy cravings that would generally leave me with a food hangover but don’t. Instead, they’re nutritious – packed full of ingredients to fuel my workouts not to mention delicious.
