45 Gluten Free Pancakes Recipes

Is today really Friday? How did Friday happen? Where did this week go? I am not sure, I’m really not but what I do know is that today’s theme is PANCAKES since it’s National Pancake Week! 

Before we get into all the deliciousness though, I have to let you in on a little secret.  I, Annmarie, AKA The Fit Foodie Mama, CANNOT make pancakes to save my life.  

I swear, I’ve tried.  They always fall apart or come out burnt and would be better served as a frisbee for the dog.  Waffles are no problem but pancakes…I just haven’t figured those out quite yet. 

So, to spare myself the headache and to spare you the pictures of something that resembles fido’s breakfast, I asked my foodie friends to share with my their favorite gluten free pancake recipes- 45 of them to be exact! :)
