It’s no secret that I am a huge fan of smoothies especially now that my stomach as been having all sorts of trouble with solid food, they’ve kinda become my go-to.  

I love smoothies for a variety of reasons.  They’re nutrient dense, they fill me up, the flavor combinations are endless and they almost always taste like dessert – at least to me.  

Over the years I have experimented with more smoothie recipes than I can count – with flavor inspiration ranging from cookies to pies and even cocktails.
