Happy Foodie Friday! I can’t believe that summer is now in full swing and we are nearing the end of June.  How did this month go by so quickly?! Your guess is as good as mine.  

Anyway, today our theme is “frugal finds” or budget friendly dishes.  While most of the recipes that I share are pretty simple and budget friendly I thought that today’s theme was a good opportunity to ask my talented food blogging friends to share their budget friendly, 5 ingredients or less GLUTEN FREE recipes.
