Happy Meatless Monday! I don’t know about you but I absolutely LOVE berries.  Like, love them.  Especially for breakfast, berry breakfasts are where it’s at.  My favorite is by far blueberries and with no exaggeration I eat about 1/2 pound or more a day especially during the summertime when they’re fresh and in season.  

Of course strawberries are a close second and while the season is pretty much over for the most part, I always make a point to pick a bunch and freeze them so that I can have them on hand when needed for smoothies or other recipes calling for some sweet strawberry goodness.  

The reason I am going on and on about my love for them today isn’t just because they’re nature’s candy but also because I decided to throw together a quick roundup of my favorite healthy berry recipes to help fuel your morning.
