My name is Annmarie and I am a foodie, runner, DVRT Master Instructor, mother to two sassy sisters and wife to a chronically busy chiropractor.  

All of the recipes that I create and share are gluten free, sometimes vegan and always delicious.  I love creating dishes that everyone can enjoy including those with food allergies and restrictions.

I also have a passion both distance running and functional fitness, you can find me snapping pics of both on Instagram where the idea for my blog was born.

I truly love sharing my enthusiasm for fitness and food with any one who will listen especially if it’s over a glass of good wine 😉
