Whatever you do, be more human…

So today I had all intentions of sharing some awesome tips with you on how to train for a Ragnar Relay but that fell to the way side because I didn’t plan ahead.

I don’t typically fail to plan but I’m human, it happens. And speaking of being human, I’ve been spending the last few days at the Reebok Headquarters with a bunch of kick- butt Ragnar Ambassadors being more human.
To say I’ve been inspired is an understatement. I’m inspired to push myself. To be better. To move more. To make the most of my days and to be more human.
Putting it into words doesn’t really describe my experience.
I’ve learned from leaders in the running and fitness industry. Sat in the newsroom at the headquarters networking and brainstorming content with the Reebok team. And I’ve sweat. A lot.
But like I said, words can’t quite accurately describe it. So instead of writing it out,  I will show you in pictures instead but not to brag about what I’ve done but to inspire you to be more human.

Do what you can to make the most of your days.
It doesn’t have to mean being the best of the best but rather being the best you can be.
Take each day and make it count.

Challenge yourself to do hard things…

…just because you can.
Honor your days.  Make every minute you move, count.
With that, I will leave you with this simple but SUPER fun and effective workout I did at the Reebok Crossfit Box yesterday.  Challenge yourself or find a friend or partner and turn it into a friendly competition.
