Foodie Friday: Isopure Cherry Pie Recovery Oats


A few weeks ago I shared a review on Isopure’s BCAA powder along with a recipe for a Black Forest Recovery Smoothie. What makes Isopure Aminos unique is that the formula combines the BCAA’s along with Tart Cherry to speed up recovery along with L-Theanine which has a calming effect.  These combination of ingredients make it possible for you to recover quicker and train harder the next day all while building muscle.

Cherry Pie Recovery Oats {Isopure Aminos, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Tart Cherry, Breakfast Recipe, Post-Workout Oatmeal}

CHERRY PIE RECOVERY OATS 


RECIPE

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup certified gluten free oats 
  • 1 cup dairy free milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond)
  • 1 scoop Isopure BCAA powder 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/2 cup cherries, halved 
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds (or other nut)

 

Directions: 

  1. In a medium size bowl, mix together oats, milk, Isopure BCAA powder and protein powder.
  2. Microwave for approximately 3 minutes and then let stand for another minute. 
  3. Top with cherries and almonds. 
  4. Enjoy! :)
