Dairy free, gluten free and delicious.  These blueberry pie bites are raw and ready in no time! They honestly do taste just like pie- don’t take my word for it though, give them a try!

Watermelon Cucumber & Blueberry Goat Cheese Bites

Summer screams watermelon and while I am a fan of just plain slices, I also love to dress it up a bit.  These bites are refreshing and easy to make.  Just a few slices of cucumber, melon with some blueberry goat cheese and mint on top and you’re good to go!

Macadamia, Cacao & Cherry Recovery Bites

I know these are named “recovery bites” but they honestly are amazing any time of day for any reason.  Chocolate and cherry is such a classic combination- especially on the 4th! They’re also easy to whip up and ready in no time.
