Peanut Butter.  Oh how you can make anything taste amazing.  Bread, cookies, ice cream, shakes; they all taste just that much better with a little peanut butter mixed in.  

Some days, I even like to enjoy peanut butter by the spoonful and then there are some days that I just want a little sprinkle.  Yes, I said a sprinkle.  A sprinkle in my oats, in my smoothie or even on my popcorn.

SALTED PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN


RECIPE

Ingredients: 

 

Directions: 

  1. Heat oil and kernels in a large wok on the stove top on high. 
  2. Cook until you can no longer hear kernels popping. 
  3. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in peanut butter powder and sea salt while hot. 
  4. Serve and enjoy! :)
