Quick Dynamic Variable Resistance Strength Training Workout for Runners #UltimateSandbag

My 5th most popular running related post was this Quick DVRT Strength Workout for Runners! It was one of the first running specific strength workouts that I posted this year and apparently it was pretty well received.  The workout itself focuses on strength exercises using the Ultimate Sandbag in the sprinter stance position.

Motivation Tips For Early Morning Workouts

Motivation Tips for Early Morning Workouts

This was my 4th popular post and while not exactly running related it is full of tips on how to get your butt out of bed and get motivated for all those early morning workouts despite the fact that the sun hasn’t risen yet.

I have only been following your blog for maybe 6-months but I look forward to your Wednesday posts so much. It's good to see another trainer focus on functional training and not all about pushing heavy weight. Thanks for the DVRT workouts: on my goal list for 2016 is to invest in the ultimate sandbag!

I really enjoyed reading on the morning running motivation post as this is usually a challenge for me, especially during the winters and chilly weather. Thanks a lot for sharing.
