Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth with Kozy Shack® Simply Well® Pudding

I am truly not crazy huge on sweets, I don’t eat a lot of candy bars or cake but the one thing that I have always enjoyed as a post meal treat was pudding.  Honestly though, I haven’t had it in years.

When I started my gluten free lifestyle over 6 year ago, I also eliminated unnecessary sugars from my diet including sweet treats and after dinner desserts like pudding.  That is not to say that I still don’t crave sweets, because I do but will typically satisfy that craving with the occasional piece or two of dark chocolate and was pretty content in doing so until I recently discovered Kozy Shack® Simply Well® Pudding.

Kozy Shack® Simply Well® Pudding is one of my new favorite ways to satisfy my sweet tooth without all the post-dessert regret.

Kozy Shack Simply Well Snack Pudding

This wholesome delicious pudding comes in a variety of flavors including Simply Well® Tapioca Pudding and Simply Well® Rice Pudding.  Both are gluten free, only 90 calories, no sugar added and just 1.5 grams of fat!

The dreamy rice pudding has a smooth vanilla like flavor and is perfect topped with berries, granola or my favorite, pomegranates and a few pistachios for some crunch!

The tapioca pudding is as equally delicious with it’s creamy little pearls and guilt-free flavor.

Kozy Shack Simply Well Tapioca Pudding

I enjoyed mine with some diced mangos and toasted coconut flakes but really the topping choices are endless and would taste just as yummy with a little sprinkle of cinnamon.

Both tasted just like dessert and I was in love at first spoonful.  I was so impressed by Kozy Shack® Simply Well® Pudding that I even let my husband have the second bite and he couldn’t believe how indulgent it tasted- he immediately asked me to buy more!

It looks as though my dark chocolate squares may have some competition now that I’ve been reacquainted with a better-for-you pudding treat.  Seriously, how can I say no to 90 calories of gluten free pudding perfection?

You can learn more about Kozy Shack® Simply Well’s guilt-free pudding by visiting their page.  Browse around while you’re there then come back and tell me one fun fact you learned for your chance to win two (2) VIP coupons good for one (1) free package of Kozy Shack® Simply Well, up to a $4.99 value.

Giveaway is open to US residents only and is not valid in California.  Winner will be randomly chosen on April 21st and notified via email.

Good luck and happy snacking! 😀

looks yummy! I have always bought the Jello brand 100 calorie packs and can't say I have tried this before. I like the fact that they only contain 6 ingredients, they have a super cute web sight as well. Nice job on the review.

I am not a fan of other pre-made puddings out there that contain all the crap, but this is really good and made with very few ingredients. Doesn't hurt to give it a taste :P
