Skoop Chocofresh Energy Bites Recipe & GIVEAWAY {Ended}


A few weeks ago I posted a review about Skoop raving about how much I love their superfood blends- Sweetgreens & Chocofresh and how it can help you to get your super on! Well, I have been using it in everything lately- smoothies, oatmeal and the other day I had a genius idea to make superfood energy bites with it!

I always use protein powder to make these but I thought the Skoop Chocofresh flavor would taste pretty good mixed with my regular energy bite concoction and give them an extra boost of superfood goodness!

Skoop Chocofresh Energy Bites Recipe
Write a review
  1. 1 cup oat flour (or processed oats)
  2. 1/2 cup almond butter
  3. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  4. 1 scoop/packet of Skoop A-Game Chocofresh
  5. 2 tbsp cacao nibs + extra to roll in
  6. unsweetened shredded coconut for rolling
  1. In a large bowl or blender, combine all the ingredients except extra cacao nibs & shredded coconut.
  2. Let sit in the fridge for about an hour and then remove and roll into balls.
  3. Coat each of the balls with either shredded coconut or cacao nibs.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  5. Enjoy! :)
