Sunshine Smoothie

I don’t usually have orange juice in the house but we bought it recently to make mimosas to celebrate an occasion and I wanted to use it- I only really used a splash, but still it didn’t all go to waste. I also had a bunch of nectarines from the farm and I needed to use them up…it occurred to me to combine the two for a smoothie and this little sip of sunshine heaven was born 😉

Ingredients
  1. 1.5 cups filtered water
  2. Handful of frozen mango chunks
  3. 1 nectarine cut into chunks, pit discarded
  4. 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  5. Dash or two of ground ginger
  6. Tiny splash of orange juice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend! Add ice if you want it to be thicker :D
