Sweet Gluten Free Treats With Hidden Healthy Ingredients


I’ve never been one to diet.  In fact, I don’t even own a scale.  I literally have NO idea how much I even weigh.  I’ve gotten so comfortable with the concept of letting go that I’ve decided to just eat whatever the heck I want, whenever the heck I want.  Brownies, fudge pops, ice cream.  GET. IN. MY. BELLY.  Moderation? Screw that! Amiright?! …

…Just kidding! APRIL FOOLS! As much as I don’t restrict my diet in any way (well, other than where allergies are concerned), I am not an advocate of shoveling food in my mouth especially sweets.  That being said, while I’m not really a fan of sugar, I do enjoy a treat from time to time!

Not only are these DOUBLE CHOCOLATE brownies but they are also gluten free, vegan and full of protein! I swapped out sugar for Pro Alpha Nutrition’s Chocolate Protein Powder (affiliate link) and used sweet potatoes to make these moist, healthy and incredibly delicious!
