Wednesday LOGO

Welcome to back to our Wild Workout Wednesday link up! Each week I link up with Angelena Marie from  Angelena Marie: Happy, Healthy & Balanced , Upala at Pretty in Pink Fitness, and Amber at Bold Fit Mom  to bring you workout ideas, motivation, inspiration and recipes to try.  Join us for a wild workout each week by reading along or grab the button and link up if you have a fitness or healthy living post to share!

This week as been crazy busy so far, and kinda like that book “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day” but it hasn’t stopped since Sunday.  I don’t know what planets are out of whack, but they need to get their crap together soon because there isn’t much more that I can take without a break.

It hasn’t been all bad though and I am not really trying to complain.  In fact, I have a lot to be excited about.  This weekend I get to go to NYC to take my DVRT certification and visit Nicole from Fitful Focus.  She’s actually gracious enough to let me stay with her for the weekend, I can’t wait!

Weightliftinggloves Partner Athlete

Also, I have just become the newest Partner Athlete for WeightLiftingGloves.com and am really excited about it! They are a huge fan of our Wild Workout Wednesdays and even mentioned it in the bio write up they did of me and The Fit Foodie Mama on their site!

The other really exciting thing that is coming up is my one year blogiversary! I have something BIG planned so be sure check back on Tuesday 😀

For now, I will leave you with this quick “Ab Attack” finisher.  You can modify it by reps depending on how hard you wanna go.  I have done the 30 rep version before and let me tell you, it buuuurns.

Disclaimer: I am not a certified personal trainer or instructor.

If you need instructions on how to do each of the exercises, here are links to each: Med Ball Russian Twist, Stability Ball Pike, Wood Chop with Med Ball, Med Ball Mountain Climbers, Bicycles, Scissor Kicks, Side Plank Dips, Plank Jacks

You can also modify the exercises by not using the med ball or stability ball to make it easier.  I love adding finishers to my workout and this one is a favorite of mine especially when I want to end the workout on a really strong note and feel like I’ve worked for it!

Next week I am hoping to share some of the awesome stuff I will be learning at the DVRT certification and have new workout knowledge to share!

Link up below if you have workout, healthy recipe or fitness find just be sure to grab the badge or link back and we will make sure to spread the inspiration around! :)
