FLEXLINE FITNESS

Flexline Fitness Workout at IDEA World #SweatPink

The first workout I did at BlogFest/IDEA World was FLEXLINE which was at the expo.  I was invited to try it out and honestly had no idea what to expect or that I’d actually be getting a workout in.  

FLEXLINE is a group cable system designed to provide a unique workout by using dynamic cable training with adjusting resistance within the wireless handles. Each handle has a +/- button which allows you to adjust the weight as you workout allowing for faster transitions between exercises.

The workout itself consisted of mostly upper body movements with the cables (over head presses, chest presses, bicep curls) mixed in with a variety of bodyweight exercises (mountain climbers, box jumps, etc).

By the time I was done I was literally dripping sweat- it was tough but a ton of fun. A celebrity fan of this workout is Britney Spears, apparently she quit her personal trainer because she enjoyed it so much!
