Wild Workout Wednesday: Powerful in Pink Fitness Equipment

Wednesday LOGOWelcome to back to our Wild Workout Wednesday link up! Each week I link up with Angelena Marie from  Angelena Marie: Happy, Healthy & Balanced , Upala at Pretty in Pink Fitness, and Amber at Bold Fit Mom  to bring you workout ideas, motivation, inspiration and recipes to try.  Join us for a wild workout each week by reading along or grab the button and link up if you have a fitness or healthy living post to share!

In honor of Valentine’s Day coming up on the 14th, I figured I would share some pretty, pink and powerful workout equipment just in case you are still in need of ideas.

Not everyone is a fan of pink equipment but I certainly am and happen to own a few of these items below.  It’s not that I am overly girly (I’m not) it’s more that it’s bright, fun and adds a pop of color to my sweat session.

Powerful in PINK Workout Gear

From top left to bottom right..

TRX Pink Home Suspension Training Kit: The TRX system delivers a full body workout using just your bodyweight.  While the original TRX is yellow, they went pink to support the Susan G. Komen foundation with 10% of sales being donated to help end breast cancer.  [Just saw that the pink version is sold out but you can always add it to your wish list!]

Pink Lebert Equalizers: Awesome for bodyweight strengthening, equalizers are perfect for push-ups, reverse pull ups and dips! I have these pink ones and love them- you can currently get them for $119.99 but you can get $10 off using the code “EQGIFT10 .

Pink First Place Vinyl Kettlebell: I searched the internet high and low to find a pink kettlebell that was like the ones I own at home only to find the exact brand of kettlebells I have (Firt Place) sells this pink one on Amazon.  The good news is that it’s still available for only $37.95, the sad news is that it’s only 4.4 lbs so you might out grow it quick.

Pink Ultimate Sandbag: I have talked a lot about my love of the sandbag in previous posts because it is an awesome tool for building core strength and overall strength and conditioning.  While the sandbag comes in four different sizes, the pink is available in three (core, power and strength) and range in price from $69.97 to $129.97.  You can also save 20% right now using the code “vday“.

Pink BOSU: I LOVE my BOSU! It’s perfect for building strength and working on balance and flexibility. I bought it back in the day when they only offered it in blue but now you can get it pretty in pink for just under $130.

Pink Power Systems Soft Touch Med Ball: Perfect for adding a little resistance for upper body, lower body and core exercises.  The pink color is 1 lb and sells for $13.95 – heavier sizes are available, though the color of the ball changes as the weight increases.

Those are just a few of the pretty, powerful and pink tools that I think would make great Valentine’s Day gifts for anyone looking to add a pop of color to their home gym.
