Wild Workout Wednesday: Wahoo TICKRx Giveaway!

Wednesday

Welcome to back to our Wild Workout Wednesday link up! Each week I link up with Angelena Marie from  Angelena Marie: Happy, Healthy & Balanced , Sarah at Creating Better Tomorrow and Michelle at Fruition Fitness (our newest hostess, please say HELLO!)  to bring you workout ideas, motivation, inspiration and recipes to try.  Join us for a wild workout each week by reading along or grab the button and link up if you have a fitness or healthy living post to share!

A few weeks ago I posted a review on the TICKRX , a wearable workout tracker from Wahoo and highlighted the 7 Minute Workout App, an anywhere HIIT bodyweight workout that the TICKRx is integrated with to count your reps and get the most out of the workout.

TICKRx Giveaway!

Aside from counting reps with the 7 Minute Workout App, other features include:

Heart Rate Training: TICKRx monitors your heart rate which gauges how hard you are working + measures calories burned.

Advanced Motion Analytics: Running form metrics, cycling cadence and lap counter.

Onboard Memory: Stores and records 16 hours worth of workouts so you can leave your phone behind and just sync the data later.

Compatible Apps: TICKRx works with Wahoo Fitness apps as well as a variety of 3rd party apps including MapMyFitness, RunKeeper, Strava, Nike+, Endomondo, Apple Health and many more.

Uses Dual Technology: Both Bluetooth Smart as well as ANT+ capabilities which means that it can connect to smartphones and GPS watches!

It’s really a fun device to incorporate into your workouts and I love that it stores data, has activity motion analytics and counts the reps while doing the 7 Minute Workout!

I am super curious about this! I used to use a HRM for run/spin/everything! And then... I just got out of the habit. I do 7 min workouts and variations several times a week so I would definitely try that and prob try for running, too! Thanks for the giveaway!
