I know I had mentioned in last week’s post that I was going to go into my experience at the DVRT certification a little more but I am going to save it for tomorrow and keep you waiting one more day.  There is so much I wanna say and it involves more time than I’ve had to write it all down.

What is nice about the wrist support straps is that they allowed me to continue practicing without pain since they absorb shock and vibration.  I even continued to wear them after working out and noticed that my wrists felt more secure when picking up large pots full of water and moving the vacuum around.
