Wild Workout Wednesday: Why DVRT (Dynamic Variable Resistance Training)?

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for all of their kind comments and support yesterday. I honestly posted about Learning to Live with Histamine Intolerance to simply explain where my recipes might be headed and also share in case anyone is also suffering from similar symptoms and shed some light on a little known diagnosis.
Honestly, being restricted from eating my favorite foods is less than ideal but I intend to make the best of it and adopt the same philosophy that my friend, Fitful Focus shared in her post, The Benefits of Having Food Allergies. While histamine intolerance isn’t technically an allergy, I look at it as a challenge to develop unique and yummy recipes.
I also mentioned in my post yesterday that I wanted to shift the focus of the blog more toward DVRT (Dynamic Variable Resistance Training) including workouts. I intend to do this every other week for Wild Workout Wednesdays alternating with posts about running/races. So, I’ll stop wasting time and get started with why I love DVRT and it’s benefits!
Dynamic Variable Resistance Training?
Ever since getting certified, I have been dying to share more about what I know and why I love the Ultimate Sandbag and Dynamic Variable Resistance Training so much. With all that talk about how great DVRT is, I obviously have to share a workout! I actually made this up over a week ago and have been dying to post it. To be clear, this is a more advanced workout; in retrospect maybe I should have started with some beginner moves. Note to self for next time 😉
