Workout At Home With Grokker Plus 1 Year Membership Giveaway

As most of you know, I workout from home and it’s one of the reasons why I started my blog in the first place.  Over the course of the last 6 years or so, I’ve collected some fitness equipment and made myself a nice little functional home gym. 

In those 6 years I have gone through phases of the kind of workouts that I like to do and am always looking to try something new.  A lot of the times I get the inspirations for my workouts through other blogs or even spend countless hours on Pinterest or searching the interwebs for something satisfyingly sweaty.  

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE procrastinating on Pinterest but let’s be real, it’s time that could be better spent or probably working out instead.  Thankfully, a video streaming service called Grokker has taken the guess workout out of where to find my next sweat session.

I was pleased to find that the same type of workouts that I typically spend hours searching the web for were available AND in video form meaning that I could follow along. No more looking up how to perform unusual exercises or identify fitness equipment with multiple names (ie. a Swiss ball is the Canadian name for a stability ball).

Exactly.  Grokker takes the confusion and guessing game out of the equation by providing the videos you need in one place instructed by fitness professionals. It’s like having a collection of workout DVD’s all in one neat and tidy place (not all over your floor) that are constantly updated.  Seriously, they have new videos every week! 

I picked out specific workout videos to support my goal of building my strength and endurance while marathon training.  Workouts currently in my collection include: High Intensity Sports Conditioning Circuit, Metabolic Condition, HIIT, 45 Minute Upper Body Circuit Workout, Lower Body Kickboxing and of course, Abs & Butt 😉
